Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Sorelo collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. If anything here is unclear, write to info@sorelo.it and we'll walk you through it directly.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Sorelo, a sole proprietorship founded by Ludovico Baldi and based in Milan, Italy. For any privacy-related question, contact info@sorelo.it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, the goal you selected, and your message. We do not collect any other personal data through the website beyond what you submit directly.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
We process this data to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to negotiate and deliver the service you request. This is based on your consent when you submit the form and, where you become a client, on the necessity of processing to perform our contract with you. We do not use this information for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of external providers to run this website and respond to you: Resend, to deliver enquiry emails, and Vercel, to host the site and, only with your consent, to run privacy-conscious analytics. These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (both are US-based); where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they provide, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you, and delete it if no relationship develops within a reasonable period. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of our business relationship and afterward for as long as required by Italian law, including tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies and similar technology
This website uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage, described in full in our Cookie Policy. Analytics only run after you actively consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the Cookies page.
Marketing
We never add you to a mailing list from a contact form submission. Any future marketing communication would require your separate, explicit consent, which we would ask for directly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@sorelo.it and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it), if you believe your data has been mishandled.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date above. We encourage you to review it occasionally.
